PerformLine Names New Executive Additions As Company Announces Continued Revenue Growth

PerformLine reports continued revenue growth as the company hires several key new employees and moves to a new, larger, office space.

PerformLine, the leading SaaS marketing compliance company, announces today the addition of several key new hires including Paul DiDonno, Client Success Team Lead and Nathan Milford, Vice President, Technology. The duo is a part of the 70 percent growth in headcount across all departments including top-level talent, with top line revenue growing 60 percent in 2015 over 2014.

With an extensive background in performance marketing and lead generation, servicing online and campus-based higher education, Paul DiDonno joins PerformLine following five years at DoublePositive where he served as the Vice President, Strategic Clients. Prior to that, DiDonno was Director of Marketing at Grand Canyon University and Director, Strategic Clients at AOL/Advertising.com.

Nathan Milford joins PerformLine from Shutterstock where he served as Director of Infrastructure. There, he oversaw all aspects of the Shutterstock (Bigstock, Skillfeed, Offset, etc.) infrastructure, data centers, cloud deployments and work/advocate on behalf of the teams that were tasked for delivering reliable, safe and secure services at scale. Before joining Shutterstock, Milford worked in Operations at Outbrain, the world’s largest content discovery platform.

Rounding out the list includes new hires in development, operations, finance, sales, marketing, and human resources. In light of the addition of headcount, the company announced it has already secured a location for a much larger office in Morristown, and will be moving this summer. The expansion is indicative of a larger trend amongst marketers eager to maintain standards of regulatory compliance and brand safety across all channels, with PerformLine at the forefront of the movement.

“Our client growth reaffirms the critical role that our marketing compliance platform plays in helping companies maintain their reputations and prevent costly compliance violations,” said Alex Baydin, CEO of PerformLine. “Expanding our internal team will allow us to continue to provide our clients with the highest level of service, including customized solutions to their marketing challenges and overall brand protection.”

Client growth was also strong with PerformLine’s contact center monitoring business line experiencing a year over year increase of over 250 percent in audio minutes and calls.

PerformLine works with the top brands in lending, banking, mortgage, credit and debt services, credit cards and education, providing them the most comprehensive marketing oversight platform available. To date, PerformLine has helped clients proactively uncover and resolve more than 29 billion potential marketing compliance violations before they became issues. Underscoring this effort, the company hosts COMPLY, the first of its kind conference strictly focused on the intersection of marketing and compliance designed to help their clients and marketers stay informed and up-to-date on regulations and compliance issues.
