PerformLine is looking for a Client Success Manager to join the Enterprise team, servicing Enterprise customers. After you’re fully ramped up, you can expect to manage the ins and outs of a client book of business. Think status calls, to QBRs, renewals and more.

Own
Be the voice of the client
Address program questions and respond to product and feature change requests
Provide support and training of our PerformLine platform
Schedule, estimate, and provide status reports
Manage a full book of business
Engage

Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) with assigned accounts

TL;DR
This role will sit on the Core Team of our Tech Org with a primary focus on Python projects like web scraping/crawling, API buildout, emails processing along with maintenance and enhancing PerformLine’s core web application. The Tech/Product Org is ~25 people. You’ll work with four other Core Python engineers (among others) to build tech used by top tier Fortune 50 financial services institutions. You’re not programmer #300 working on a small part of a meaningless project - we act like owners to make a real impact at a scaleup company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will build the systems that drive the business and enable our customers through the advancement of PerformLine's capabilities
You will be tasked with working with other software engineers and product managers to get products and features safely, securely, and quickly to our clients
Acquire data using partner APIs and converting it into a standard format
Gather requirements from stakeholders
Work with other teams toward debugging as needed
You will help us continue to migrate from a monolith to a services model

Experience ingesting data via APIs using Python on Linux
Understanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on back-end systems
Knowledge of SCM tools such as Git, GitHub, etc.
Bonus points for experience with Golang, ElasticSearch, DevOps or frontend frameworks (Vue/React).

Contribute to user interface & experience projects from start to finish
Test and debug the PerformLine application while developing your analytical skills
Ensure that bugs are documented, tracked, and updated during the testing cycle
Design, document + execute test cases for ongoing software releases
Manage resolution of tactical issues using application procedures and regulations
Assist front end team in diagnosing user problems + documenting issues found
Perform manual, ticket, and regression testing on new features
