Client Support
Proactively identify potential client issues through monitoring the collection and ingestion of data in the PerformLine platform
Work with client facing teams to resolve issues they or the client identify
Interact with and oversee third party vendor(s) to ensure all deliverables are in accordance with applicable Service Level Agreements
Support set up and maintenance for stakeholders
Recommend procedural or technical optimizations to ensure objectives are met
Project Management
Support operations team projects
Triage ad hoc requests for multiple overlapping projects
Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders on project status, context, and deadlines
Monitor the performance of a task and continuously improve it through all of its cycles in order to automate it
Track key business processes and performance metrics for Operations

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Business Systems
Own the administration of various SaaS tools used by the sales team including Salesforce, HubSpot, and SalesLoft
Advise the sales team on efficiencies, automation, data cleanliness, and best practices with these SaaS tools
Develop and manage key operational dashboards & status reports within the sales SaaS tools
Continually monitor and track team performance, forecasts, pipeline, conversion rates, etc
Tracking key company sales metrics for quarterly and annual goals, and ensuring fidelity of metrics
Thought Partner
Oversee all regular sales operations reporting, escalating areas of concern to sales leadership as needed
Partner with the VP of Sales on things like short and long term goal creation, change management, powerpoint creation, and account assignments
Communicate sales goals, progress, and pipeline updates with cross functional stakeholders as needed
Collaborate with marketing to analyze lead quality in the sales pipeline
Sales Enablement
Host regular 1:1s, presentations, and team meetings to manage sales reps to their KPIs, goals, and quota attainment
Act as a change agent to drive smooth rollouts of account assignments and ensure sales reps remain aligned with sales leadership and team objectives
Maintain updated documentation and play books
Leverage operational prowess to avoid frustrations, maintain positivity, and drive engagement of sales reps

Demonstrated success in a sales ops, revenue ops, marketing ops, or similar role
Experience as a Salesforce administrator and strong experience with other SaaS platforms like Hubspot and SalesLoft
Ability to communicate key information quickly and effectively at both the “headline” and detail level depending on the audience
Advanced Excel knowledge including Macros, Pivot Tables, and Formulas

The tech team at PerformLine is undergoing a period of exponential growth. As our team grows, we juggle building out new features with high coding standards with refactoring a large legacy codebase. As part of the team, you have the opportunity to be involved in some of our biggest infrastructure decisions.
TECH STACK
Our application is built on AWS and we utilize their offerings like S3, EC2, and Lambda. Our core systems are written in Python and Golang. For crunching jobs on the humongous amount of data we store, we use Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis, and DynamoDB.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Engineer an incredible experience for developers who are working in Python and Golang through automation, virtualization, and process improvement
You will be responsible for the operation and management of our AWS infrastructure ensuring the system stays accessible and performant for our clients
Maintain ongoing monitoring of all systems, applications, as well as keeping abreast of security advisories for all parts of the platform
Oversee the design and rollout of a reinvisioned CI/CD pipeline
Be the primary point of contact for production outages and issues, delegating and coordinating where appropriate to the team
You will support projects facilitating web crawling, advanced browser automation, media transcoding, distributed systems, machine learning, migration from a monolith to a service-oriented architecture, big data engineering and more
Don’t worry, you’ll have help! We have another sysadmin already!
WHAT YOU BRING
Fluent in Linux systems administration, specifically Ubuntu and/or Debian. But any distro will do
Fluent in configuration management systems and best practices as well as a vision for how systems should be maintained
Working knowledge of web services and their operation, including understanding of how TLS, TCP/IP, HTTP, Linux, and code interact to form highly-available services
Experience with OpenVPN, Wireguard or other VPN technologies, especially when deployed in an Amazon VPC environment
Understanding of continuous integration concepts, and experience working with developers to create and optimize automated build and deployment systems and strategies
Working knowledge of containerization (using Docker/Kubernetes etc.) is a huge plus
Experience with Golang and/or Python preferred
