Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance We’ve got you covered – these plans are offered free! Life Insurance plan amount is $50,000 (anything higher has tax implications for employees).

THE GIST
You’ll partner with and report to the Director of Strategic Accounts to prospect strategic expansion opportunities across our Enterprise clients - think research, lead gen, qualification, and booking calls/demos. Once a successful prospecting process is mastered along with product knowledge, there will be opportunity to take ownership of some expansion opportunities with oversight and support. This position gives you an opportunity to learn the ropes of Enterprise SaaS sales from an experienced mentor while doing hands-on work at the top of the funnel. This is a great role to find growth from BDR to AE or from SMB sales/farming to enterprise.

THE GIST
This role will take ownership of Client onboardings. You’ll work to engage, train, and delight our new users while driving them towards measurable wins as they ramp up within the PerformLine platform. Armed with well documented playbooks and cross-functional support, you will ensure our clients, from the scrappiest fintechs to the world’s largest banks, build a rock solid foundation with our platform and company that will last for years to come.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Onboarding Support
Onboarding project management through tactical, set up, logistics, credentials
Design the client’s account to best facilitate a solution to their unique needs
Identify potential upsells and cross-sell opportunities as new information surfaces
Collaborate with Clients to achieve their initial goals of the new client relationship
Drive clients towards best practice engagement KPIs
Partner with product team to spec custom API connections with client contact center platforms
Client Support
Ongoing support of the client relationship through customizations and/or optimizations
Support Client Success team in deploying additional PerformLine products
Assist Client Success Managers post-expansion to ensure client’s intended value is obtained
WHAT YOU BRING
SaaS client onboardings, implementations, etc
Experience managing enterprise clients is a plus!
Tech savvy enough to jump in and learn new platforms quickly
Experience writing user story based tickets
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, or similar)

This role will sit on the Services Team of our Tech Org with a primary focus on Go projects (creation of the new PerformLine API, data gathering, and building observability dashboards for our services). The Tech/Product Org is ~25 people (30% female). You’ll work with two other Go engineers (among others) to build tech used by top tier Fortune 50 financial services institutions. You’re not programmer #300 working on a small part of a meaningless project - we act like owners to make a real impact at a scaleup company.
