Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

PerformLine covers a significant portion of the premium cost for employees and their dependents. We use nationwide carriers with the largest networks and offer multiple medical plans to choose from.


PerformLine offers a 401k plan with a company match up to 4%.

Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance

We’ve got you covered – these plans are offered free! Life Insurance plan amount is $50,000 (anything higher has tax implications for employees).

Vacation, Sick, Holiday

PerformLine offers vacation time upfront annually (no slow accruals here!) Annual Vacation amounts grow over time from 15 days to 25 days. On top of that, everyone receives 5 sick days and 10+ holidays a year.

Hybrid Work, Remote Work

For HQ based roles, PerformLine has adopted a hybrid office schedule where employees have the opportunity to request additional work from home days as needed. PerformLine also offers fully remote roles throughout the United States. These roles have the opportunity to travel into the headquarters as needed.

Flex Start Time

To service enterprise clients with interdepartmental collaboration, we need to be online together and during normal work hours. We begin our days between 8:00am – 10:00am (your choice!) while ensuring all are available for a 9 hour work day.
