TL;DR
As an AE on the PerformLine team, you’ll sell our SaaS solution to the consumer finance space (think mid-market to Fortune 50 financial institutions). Our sales cycles tend to be strategic, 4-6 months being the average, but some can be longer. From prospecting themselves through red lines and closing deals, our AEs take true ownership of their sales cycle and quota! They travel about monthly and partner with the BDR team to drive activity metrics.

PerformLine is looking for a Client Success Manager to join the Enterprise team, servicing Enterprise customers. After you’re fully ramped up, you can expect to manage the ins and outs of a client book of business. Think status calls, to QBRs, renewals and more.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own

Address program questions and respond to product and feature change requests
Provide support and training of our PerformLine platform

Manage a full book of business
Engage
Develop a fast rapport with customers to set clear expectations and maintain customer satisfaction and engagement

Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) with assigned accounts

Partner with Product to spec custom ingestion pathways with client platforms and their partners or vendors

Onboarding project management through tactical, set up, logistics, credentials
Design the client’s account to best facilitate a solution to their unique needs
Identify potential upsells and cross-sell opportunities as new information surfaces
Collaborate with Clients to achieve their initial goals of the new client relationship
Drive clients towards best practice engagement KPIs
Partner with product team to spec custom API connections with client contact center platforms
Client Support

TL;DR
This role will be the operational owner of PerformLine’s Web monitoring tool. Think data ingestion, tier 2 customer support, troubleshooting, capacity monitoring, reporting, outsourcing, and more. You’ll manage projects with internal and external stakeholders while driving towards deliverables with reliability, efficiency, and automation in mind. The right person for this role will help level up the way we deliver our software and service our clients while building a culture of excellence. You will have a direct impact on our clients and ultimately the revenue / retention by ensuring strong and scalable operational practices and outcomes.

SaaS Delivery and Operations
Leverage your experience to improve the delivery and support of our product
Partner with the rest of the ops team to ensure SLAs for clients leveraging the Web Channel are fulfilled
Proactively identify potential client issues through monitoring the collection and ingestion of data in the PerformLine platform
Work with client success and product teams to resolve or prevent issues
Recommend procedural or technical optimizations to ensure objectives are met
Track key business processes and performance metrics for Operations
