Scheduling
Scheduling, meeting organization, and general support for the CEO
Provide daily planning and task management to maintain the CEO calendar
Manage multiple complex schedules on behalf of the CEO
Meeting and Travel Manager
Coordinate logistics for CEO meetings and travel (international and domestic)
Anticipate conflicts and resolve last-minute changes
Ensure all parties meeting with the CEO are treated with exceptional care and respect
Prepare materials for all internal and external meetings for the CEO
Build well-written and thoughtful slide decks, emails, talk tracks, outlines, and agendas

DevOps
Design and implement systems or solutions with a high degree of quality, a focus on redundancy/fault tolerance, and useful documentation
Build a consistent, usable environment where engineers can release new features and new services so they know how these things run
Help migrate our CI/CD and release pipelines into a common model ideally supporting all of the components of our software into a single toolset.
Develop custom tooling, scripts, pipelines, and processes to make administration, deployment, and monitoring of the platform easier and more intuitive
Develop new pipelines to ship code faster and more frequently
System Administration
Act like an owner to prioritize and take on projects without wasting time on low-impact outcomes
Participate in an on-call rotation and refine our monitoring/alerting
