Company announces hires of Claudio Felix and Ashley Cianci to Head Strategic Roles in Sales and Marketing
PerformLine, the leading provider of automated compliance technology, today announced the hire of two senior leaders to enable the market acceleration of the company’s marketing and sales compliance platform across the consumer finance industry.
Claudio Felix has been appointed Director of Strategic Accounts. Felix has more than 15 years of experience delivering professional services in regulatory risk management, strategy, and business development. Building from his most recent experience at Deloitte and Control Risks where he advised clients on issues regarding regulatory risk and compliance, Felix brings to PerformLine his acute focus on the financial services sector, which has included clients such as the world’s largest asset management firm and institutional investor, fintech firms, and leading financial institutions.
PerformLine has also appointed Ashley Cianci as Senior Manager of Demand Generation to help the company continue to build brand awareness, launch into new markets, and promote products and services to meet the growing market of companies needing regulatory compliance monitoring. Cianci comes to PerformLine from PrecisionLender where she led demand campaigns that increased marketing-sourced opportunity ACV 30-fold in under 5 years.
Cianci will be working closely with PerformLine’s Director of Marketing, Ashley Kaplan. Kaplan, a hire earlier this year amidst the Covid crisis, helped lead the company’s marketing pivot ensuring success in this “new normal” facing industries today. Kaplan comes with over a decade of strategic experience working with rapid growth-oriented SaaS organizations and managing M&A transitions.
