Alex is a seasoned executive and a recognized leader in the compliance and digital media industries. Alex founded PerformLine as he saw the growing need for compliance and verification in the marketing space. Using his deep experience in media and compliance, he developed the PerformLine™ SaaS platform to bring automation and scale to companies looking to mitigate risk and ensure brand safety. PerformLine empowers leaders with a first-line of defense solution to mitigate risk across major consumer touchpoints: digital, voice, chat, email and social. By combining scalable tools and intelligent automation into one integrated platform, PerformLine creates a clear path to discover, monitor, act on, and mitigate regulatory risk and ensure brand safety. Prior to founding PerformLine, Alex held leadership roles at Epic Media Group, Inc., a performance-based affiliate network and lead aggregator, Quigo Technologies, a pioneer in contextual CPC technology and SEM firm eventually acquired by AOL, and at United Online (NASD:UNTD) an internet service provider. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
David is a seasoned executive and industry expert on digital monetization, with a long history leading sales, business development, marketing, and product teams. David is currently the head of advertising technology at Facebook, where he oversees use of ad technology to serve and measure campaigns for marketers as buyers move between devices or into the offline world. Prior to joining Facebook, David was SVP of marketing services at Neustar. David joined Neustar when it acquired Aggregate Knowledge, a data-management platform, where he was CEO. David has also held leadership positions at Specific Media, the largest freestanding global ad network, at Microsoft, where he was general manager of Microsoft adCenter, and search strategy and Quigo Technologies. David is a graduate of Binghamton University.
After 19 years at Goldman Sachs, Lisa changed course to pursue her passions: working closely with entrepreneurs, bringing innovative thinking to “disruptive” challenges, and developing talent. As a partner at Goldman Sachs, she has led both revenue-producing and revenue-supporting businesses, managed P&Ls, and important client relationships across multiple cultures and geographies, and helped transform the way Goldman Sachs communicates with its key stakeholders. Lisa held leadership roles spanning 5 divisions and 2 regions including equities sales & trading, in the US and Japan, as head of international equities; head of brand marketing & digital strategy during the financial crisis, and as COO of global compliance, legal & internal audit. She identified strategies and analytics to enhance the early identification of risk and the application of risk management best practices across numerous businesses and regions. Lisa has been named one of the Top 100 Most Inspiring Marketers and One of Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing. Lisa is a summa cum laude graduate of Harvard University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Stuart is an Internet entrepreneur and digital marketing expert with more than twelve years of experience leading Internet companies and start-up organizations. Stuart is a co-founder and Partner of Chicago Ventures, a seed stage venture capital fund. Prior to joining the Chicago Ventures, he was part of the founding management team at Performics, a pioneering company in affiliate and search engine marketing. During his eight years at Performics, he helped lead the business through rapid growth and subsequent acquisitions by Doubleclick, Hellman & Friedman, Google, and Publicis. In addition to his involvement with the Chicago Ventures, Stuart is the Founder and Managing Partner of Twin Capital, where he is an investor in early-stage interactive marketing service and technology companies. He sits on the board of directors of PerformLine and Trunk Club. Stuart holds a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
Jonathan R. Wallace
Since co-founding Outcome Capital Group in 1998, Jonathan has focused his efforts on business and financial services where he has been responsible for guiding growth-stage companies. Jonathan represents Outcome Capital on the Board of First Equity Card, Exmplar, PerformLine, and Double Positive. He has also been responsible for the firm’s highly successful Internet advertising investments that have included the WeatherBug and Advertising.com. Jonathan is widely regarded as an expert in designing capital structures for middle market companies with the objective of increasing flexibility and/or lowering financing costs in the capital structure. During his long career as an investment banker, Jonathan was responsible for the placement of over $3.5 billion of senior debt, subordinated debt, and equity. He has financed the capital needs of over 40 Fortune 500 companies. Jonathan received his MBA with honors from the Darden School of Business and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
