Founder
Alex Baydin, Founder and CEO
Alex Baydin founded PerformLine in the spring of 2007. Prior to founding PerformLine, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Verticals at AzoogleAds, Inc., a leading performance-based affiliate network. At AzoogleAds, Alex was responsible for setting and driving lead acquisition, sales strategy and revenue in the following verticals: mortgage, mobile, education, debt consolidation, auto quotes, auto warranties, cash advance, tax services, student loans, home services, insurance, Lasik and cosmetic surgery.
Previously, Alex was Vice President of Business Development at Quigo Technologies, a leading contextual CPC and search engine marketing firm. Alex held two positions at Quigo, first running the SEM sales team, and secondly, leading partnership efforts to negotiate exclusive relationships with top tier publishers for Quigo's AdSonar Private Label contextual network. Prior to Quigo, Alex served at United Online (NASD:UNTD) as a Senior Director of Business Development.
Alex holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

Bogdan Arsenie, CTO
Bogdan Arsenie comes to PerformLine with an impressive track record, most recently serving as CTO of AzoogleAds, a leading performance-based affiliate network. At AzoogleAds, Bogdan built the core infrastructure of the network, created all technology policies and procedures, and lead the development team in supporting and creating new applications. Under his tenure, AzoogleAds processed over a billion real-time transactions per month. Bogdan also founded SMLSD, a software development firm that specializes in creating high-quality, low-cost advertising platforms within tight turnaround times. He manages the complete life cycle of all projects, including term agreements, design specifications, platform construction and post-mortem analysis. Prior to AzoogleAds, Bogdan was involved in the development of the marketing strategy and technology model of several media sites that were eventually acquired by IGN and DreamWorks SKG.

Jim Scott, COO
As industry leader in database marketing solutions and services, James Scott joins PerformLine as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining PerformLine, James Scott was Chief Operating Officer of Automated Resources Group (ARGI) where he was responsible for operating income objectives as well as all aspects of solution delivery services, account management services, data processing services, vendor management and production services. Prior to ARGI, James Scott was the COO of Donnelley Marketing (an infoUSA company), CIO of Fala Direct Marketing and Founder, President & CEO of ResponseLogic.
Earlier, Mr. Scott held a variety of technology and senior management positions at Philip Morris U.S.A. and IBM. Mr. Scott graduated with honors in Computer and Information Science from Iona College.
