Senior Developer

We are looking for an engineer who can help us revolutionize the performance marketing industry by being the first to bring true transparency to the marketplace. This is a position with significant growth potential. Our ideal candidate has well-documented experience as a developer working with Linux, MySQL, PHP with knowledge of Apache. You will have experience working on applications and websites. We are looking for someone to take ownership of analysis, design, implementation and troubleshooting of existing and new features across our core platforms. You know HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ajax as well as back-office data storage and delivery technologies for the Web. Ideally you will have some experience with various forms of online marketing and a good understanding of visual design, user behavior and usability issues. You will be a great team player and a true professional who is well-organized, a good communicator and who plays well with our small but growing team.

Senior Affiliate Manager

Our team includes over 30 years of experience with leading technology companies including Quigo, Azoogle, Yahoo!, and United Online. We are looking for a talented Online Advertising Sr. Affiliate Manager to join our growing team at PerformLine this month. You will be a proactive team-player who wants to be an integral part of this company’s success and is confident in your ability to contribute to our growing roster of Affiliates and Publishers. This opportunity should appeal to anyone who loves the start-up pace. The core responsibilities include:

    • Recruit and Prospect publishers to our network
    • Day-to-Day management of a roster of Affiliates and Publishers
    • Online Media Buying
    • Grow daily and monthly payouts to publisher network while meeting
       company’s strategic goals
    • Pixel placement and testing
    • Creative Trafficking
    • Offer distribution across our network of Publishers and Affiliates
    • Performance Reporting and Invoicing
    • Cap and Pricing management
    • Yield Optimization of Search, Email, and Display Affiliates

Our ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in an affiliate management role with media buying experience. You will have worked at an online advertising network or merchant and really understand the industry. Ideally, you have a good working knowledge of the performance marketing category; media buying, cost-per-acquisition pricing, lead generation, and landing page optimization.

Location: NYC
