Alex founded PerformLine in 2008, as he saw the growing need for compliance and verification in the lead generation space. Using his deep experience in media and lead generation he developed PerformMatch™, the industry’s most-trusted compliance verification platform. Prior to PerformLine, Alex was vice president and general manager of verticals at Epic Media Group, Inc., a leading performance-based affiliate network and lead aggregator. At Epic Media Group, Alex was responsible for setting and driving lead acquisition, sales strategy and revenue in the top verticals such as mortgage, mobile, education, auto, student loans and insurance. Prior to Epic Media Group, Alex was vice president of business development at Quigo Technologies, a leading contextual CPC technology and SEM firm eventually acquired by AOL. Alex ran the SEM sales team, and then led the publisher acquisition team for their flagship contextual product, AdSonar™. Director of Engineering
Ye is an accomplished full-stack technologist and open source advocate with a decade of experience working in various industries including online advertising, travel, financial, mobile media and social networking sites. Ye began his career at one of New York City’s most successful start-ups, TheLadders.com, where he built the company’s first generation online job search board, marketing tools and newsletter delivery system. Most recently, he was the front-end architect for the Sponsored Listings team at AOL. Ye graduated from Rutgers University with high honors with a BA in Computer Science.
Senior Vice President, Business Development
David is a recognized leader in the digital advertising industry, with over 18 years’ experience in sales and digital media along with a wealth of knowledge in lead generation and the EDU vertical. Prior to PerformLine, David was at Monster Worldwide, where as the Senior Director for Lead Generation he led business development, strategic account management and media teams for the performance advertising business group. His group was responsible for executing and monetizing strategic site traffic and client programs for the company’s sites: Monster.com, Military.com, Fastweb.com, Affinity Labs, Education.org. Prior to Monster, David held several positions at Adteractive, most recently serving as vice president overseeing sales and business development initiatives. David has also held positions at Reprise Media (NYSE: IPG), Job Science Inc., and Embark.com. David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont.
Senior Vice President, Operations
Marcela has over 17 years of experience in operations and product management, most recently as CEO of Brightgeist Media, a lead generation and directory management platform. Prior to Brightgeist, Marcela was chief operating officer of Precision Prospects, a pioneering lead generation and affiliate management services company where she was responsible for development of the company’s lead generation platform, team development, and maintaining operational efficiencies. Marcela has also held leadership positions at Reuters (now Thomson Reuters) and Lipper. Marcela holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University.
Chief Financial Officer
Glenn has over 20 years’ experience working with emerging and high growth entities. As CFO he is responsible for all financial aspects of PerformLine. He creates and implements organizational growth through organic, acquisition and funding exercises. He has deep experience in the use of technology and in analyzing and developing original business models, strategic plans, and optimized business processes while simultaneously improving overall financial performance and efficiencies. Glenn has previously served in executive capacities at CorrectNet, NBTY, 1 800FLOWERS, and Ernst & Young. Through his entity, Button Down Solutions, LLC he leverages his financial and business acumen to drive growth and value creation for PerformLine. Glenn is a CPA as well as a CGMA, with a degree in Management from Boston College.
Vice President, Product Marketing
Kristen is an online media veteran who oversees all go to market launches for new product offerings at PerformLine. Before PerformLine, Kristen managed publisher and advertiser client services for Quigo Technologies and their flagship contextual product AdSonar. Prior to Quigo, Kristen directed Madison Avenue ad agency, Lowe Worldwide’s digital efforts and was an early employee of the first interactive-only agency, i-traffic. Kristen holds a BS from Northwestern University (Go Cats!).
