Python/Django Developers (All levels)

JOB DESCRIPTION
PerformLine is looking for a strong software generalist with Python development experience. We work with Python (Django/Tornado), PostgreSQL, Redis, and Mongodb all running on Amazon’s web services. We are interested in people who can dive into any part of our stack and take a feature from requirements gathering to deployment. We are a small team that does it all from front-end development to dev-ops.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least 2 years experience working with any scripting language, preferably Python and Django.
  • Must have at least 2 years experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
  • Must have experience working with traditional RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
  • Must have experience working with Unix/Linux servers in a system administration role.

Client Services Account Manager

Location: Morristown, NJ

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train and integrate new clients onto the PerformMatch platform
  • Work with sales team to ensure that program objectives are clearly identified and translated into the program setup
  • Ownership of program configuration and setup (URLs, client marketing rules, spec docs, etc.), including proactive review to catch errors and issues before program is launched
  • Confirm programs are live and running properly on an ongoing basis
  • Analyze program performance metrics, and make optimization recommendations on programs to ensure compliance management objectives are met
  • Report technical implementation issues to product management as they arise and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Provide upsell opportunities to sales and business development teams
  • Ownership of account maintenance, addressing program questions and responding to (possibly custom) product change/feature requests 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 -4 years’ experience of relevant experience managing ad tech operations at a media, broadcast, or internet content company
  • A strong understanding of an online advertising industry, program metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA) and optimization strategies
  • Experience in scheduling, estimating, and providing status reports
  • Ability to manage multiple programs with attention to deadlines and details
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Experience in client services and support
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related fields is preferred

KEY STRENGTHS

  • Proven experience in working with Agencies, inventory providers, data providers, and /or advertisers
  • Solid Excel expertise
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate requirements
  • Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics
  • Ability to work independently, create processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Client Services Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

PerformLine is looking for an energetic, detail oriented individual to support our Client Services Team to ensure quality customer relations to our SaaS (Software as a Service) clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Internet research for client URL’s on their various affiliate sites to expand the list of URLs we are monitoring for our clients
  • Pulling reports from proprietary product interface into Excel, manipulate data and format summaries
  • Provide Support and Training of our PerformLine Platform for our clients
  • Learn about our client’s marketing guidelines and evaluate context of found violations to determine severity — compare system results to found results
  • Help Sales team find data for demo presentations
  • Assist with tradeshow preparation
  • Other client support, as needed including preparing User Manuals and additional marketing work

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated Product Management skills
  • 1-3 years Client Services experience
  • Excellent internet research skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
